I am much comforted to know there is now one more kind 'friend along the path' of this challenging life, a guide with an awakened heart and a poet's spirit to share. May you continue to bring the gift of poetry and its wisdom to us all. much love to you Moudi
Thank you Janice, for such kindness and reflection. I am glad to be in good company. May you too continue to share your gifts. Much love to you dear friend <3
Such applause for you including a standing ovation. I am impressed and you are your poems deserve such a tribute.
Your capstone Presentation is so wise and full of possibility forme to start telling myself a new story. The old one may not even be true!!! I was intrigued by the expression the violence of knowing. Waiting for the seed to grow is far from easy!
It is quiet powerful how the stories we tell ourselves shape our perspective and experience. Writing a new story takes time and practice, but it is possible. Patience is a difficult skill to learn, but so worth our time <3
Great heartfelt heaps of congratulations, Moudi. Thank you for wayfinding pathways for others similarly inclined to stretch toward language that conveys the ineffable as a way to honor what's wholly precious, bewildering, heart-shattering, and utterly (more-than-)human.
Oh, heaps! I love that word. Thank you for celebrating with me, and for this lovely language - yes, what is wholly precious: you, me, us, everything alive and in existence, human and more-than-human. And water, certainly water <3

Dear Moudi,
Thank you so much for sharing these riches.
I was unable to watch your capstone presentation live, because it was the first night of a six week course with Sara Rian.
Really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to see it again.
It is a privilege to call you a friend along my path.
In deepest gratitude,
Casey
Dear Casey, the privilege is shared. Thank you for walking alongside me and sharing your own work <3
My heart is full! Love the two poems and the bow! Congratulations! With gratitude for meeting you and your words on substack this year!
A bow to you dear friend. Alhamdulillah for crossing paths and sharing in the love of poetry <3
Congratulations! Thank you for the recordings! I can't wait to see the Capstone again! And you are right- poetry will save us! I'm so happy for you.
Thank you for celebrating with me, Katharina. May we both share the gift of a poem with all those who need it <3
